The "MAP type" is a stainless steel vortex pump that accommodates slurry liquids and viscous liquids (performance: 450 mP·s) by adopting a full-open impeller. A spiral pump that is easy to maintain, has a short delivery time, and is inexpensive. It can always maintain a speedy and high suction capability.

It features an easy-to-handle, rational design with high-quality reliability and durability, and in the case of disassembly, the impeller, shaft, and bearings can be removed as a unit without disconnecting the piping, making maintenance easy. Since it is equipped with a self-priming structure developed by our company that includes a vortex air-water separation mechanism, once the pump is filled with water initially, it will begin self-priming simultaneously with operation thereafter, maintaining a fast and high suction capability at all times. Because it is mass-produced using a standardized method, the delivery time is short, and it can be purchased at a low cost. We have adopted a semi-open impeller design, but for the SP type, a closed impeller assembly is also possible (the model will be SG type). The shaft sealing part is standardly equipped with gland packing or mechanical seal. The materials for the packing, gland packing, and mechanical seal, including the self-priming valve, can be changed depending on the handled liquid, so please consult us.
